Remove from oven and allow to cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool Sensory Analysis: Taste: Sweet, Doughy and Amazing Texture: Soft, Crunchy and Doughy Aroma: Golden, Sweet and Rich Appearance: Delicious and Light Orange Family Star Rating: 4.5/5 Reflection: This fits in to the guide to healthy eating, it has carbohydrates (not the healthiest!). I took full charge and made these biscuits myself! Australian food culture is very unique, there isn't a distinct ingredient used in each recipe. Australian food culture is mainly foods that are historically or nationally very iconic. Media has influenced Australian consumers a lot, with a lot of american foods making there way into our supermarkets. COVID-19 has affected this world a lot recently, however I haven't struggled that much with getting foods. Hope you enjoyed this weeks cooking and I hope you continue to stay tuned for next week!
